The major capsid protein (MCP) p72 is the most dominant structural component of the virion and constitutes about ~31%–33% of the total mass of the virion, making it one of the major antigens detected in infected pigs. Now it is regarded as an important target for test and vaccine development. The current African swine fever p72 monoclonal antibody is obtained from cell culture and the immunogen is the recombinant p72 protein from E Coli.
This African swine fever p72 monoclonal antibody has been validated in ELISA, lateral flow assays and other immunoassays. Customers shall determine their own dilution according to experiment requirement.
